About Us:

We're looking for ambitious, licensed Life and Health Insurance Agents who are ready to take their career to the next levelnot just as an agent, but as a leader and business owner.

This opportunity is built for professionals who want to build their own business, develop a team, and create something they can grow over time. We're looking for individuals who lead by example, take ownership, embrace an entrepreneurial mindset, and are motivated by both personal achievement and helping others succeed.

Responsibilities:

Identify client needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions
Develop and maintain strong client relationships
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and company-provided resources
Educate clients on available policies and coverage options
Follow up with prospects to close sales and maintain customer satisfaction
Stay informed about industry trends and product offerings
Work independently while collaborating with a supportive team

Requirements:

Insurance license (or willingness to obtain one we provide guidance)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
