Founding Business Operations Lead

Query Talent is recruiting a Founding Business Operations Lead for a confidential early-stage AI company in San Francisco. This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to work directly with founders and help build the operating foundation of a fast-moving company. Advertised Pay Range: $125,000 - $175,000 Work setup: Onsite. Experience: 4+ years in business operations, founder's office, consulting, strategy, customer operations, or startup operations. Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the founders on company-wide priorities.
- Own projects across operations, customers, hiring, vendors, and internal processes.
- Help build simple systems that keep the company organized as it grows.
- Support go-to-market work, including research, follow-up, pipeline tracking, and launch coordination.
- Spot operational gaps and take ownership of fixing them.
- 4+ years in business operations, founder's office, consulting, strategy, customer operations, or startup operations.
- Experience managing projects across operations, customers, internal systems, or go-to-market work.
- Experience working directly with founders, executives, or cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to work onsite in San Francisco.
- Competitive salary, equity, and benefits.
- Base salary range of $125,000 to $175,000.
- Relocation support may be available.
