Housekeeping Director

Willow Brook Village is seeking a full-time dedicated and hands-on DirectorofHousekeeping to lead ourhousekeepingand laundry operations. This is an essential leadership role that directly contributes to the health, comfort, and well-being of our residents. TheDirectorofHousekeepingis responsible for ensuring the campus is maintained in a clean, safe, and welcoming environment while fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and service excellence. This position is ideal for a leader who enjoys working alongside their team and leading by example. While overseeinghousekeepingand laundry operations, theDirectorwill remain actively involved in dailyhousekeepingresponsibilities, spending approximately 80% of their time performing hands-on duties and 20% on supervisory and administrative responsibilities. Success in this role requires excellent communication, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build positive working relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members. Qualified candidates should possess a high school diploma, previous supervisory experience, and a thorough knowledge of cleaning, disinfecting, floor care practices, and commercial laundry equipment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership abilities, effective employee scheduling skills (UKG experience preferred), and the ability to maintain the high standards of cleanliness and sanitation expected throughout the community. Candidates must also be able to lift, bend, and stand as needed to perform essentialhousekeepingand laundry functions.
