San Diego Gymnastics & Parkour is looking for energetic reliable positive and committed coaches to join our growing team! We are seeking individuals who are passionate about working with children teaching movement and creating a positive environment where kids can build confidence strength coordination and lifelong skills.

Our coaches teach recreational gymnastics and parkour classes camps events birthday parties and after-school programs for children ages 18 months and up. Coaches help children safely develop gymnastics parkour balance flexibility agility strength coordination and confidence. We provide a clean safe and fun environment for our kids to not only develop their athletic skills but to create friendships and life skills that will last a lifetime. We also strive to provide one of the best upbeat fun inclusive and rewarding work environments possible.

Previous experience in gymnastics parkour cheer dance sports childcare or teaching is a plus. All coaches receive hands-on in-house training in our coaching methods safety procedures lesson plans and skill progressions. Coaches are cross-trained in both gymnastics and parkour with opportunities to grow within the company.

CPR/First Aid certification and a background check are required prior to employment.

Pay ranging from $18$30 per hour based on experience and qualifications.

We have 7 San Diego-area locations: Mission Valley Point Loma La Costa Grossmont Center Rancho Bernardo Poway and Otay Ranch.
