Rhino Medical is leading the charge seeking Board Certified Emergency Medicine Physicians for a high-priority locum tenens opportunity in Columbia, South Carolina , supporting an established regional Emergency Medicine program.

Opportunity Details

• Location: Columbia, South Carolina
• Contract Type: Emergency Medicine Locum Tenens
• Start Date: Upon credentialing
• Assignment Length: 6+ Months
• Shift Type: Day & Night
• Shift Schedule: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM 
• Coverage Need: 12–24 shifts per month

Practice Environment

This opportunity supports a large regional Emergency Medicine network with a main hospital ED and multiple freestanding emergency departments.
Program highlights include:

• 10 Hospital beds
• 7 ED beds 
• Average patient volume around 1 patient per hour
• EMR: Epic

Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified Emergency Medicine Physician
• ABEM or AOBEM required
• Active South Carolina license preferred
• Clean credentialing file strongly preferred
• Must be willing and able to work night shifts
