HOLIDAYPAY- Four paid holidays each year the Behavior Intervention Specialist (BIS) participates asa member of the Autism Intensive Model (AIM) team within SupportedLiving for Hope Human Services clients. This position focuses on deliveringevidence-based practice driven services to clients in Supported Living, andhave an Autism diagnosis. Clients within the AIM program may have a significantdeficit in communication and interaction, and/or repeated behaviors orinterests, that impact their quality of life. AIM program works directly withthe client and their care team to implement a person-driven treatment plan andtraining goals, contriving opportunities to focus on client skill-development. Behavior Intervention Specialist Job Responsibilities Behavior Intervention Specialists will be largely based indirect engagement with individuals within their current home environment andcentered on skill-development, data collection, and coaching on appropriatesupports.
