Behavior Analyst Supervisor (Full-Time)

Role: Behavioral Health Supervisor specializing as a BCBA, LaBA, or BCaBA, responsible for conducting behavioral assessments, developing individualized behavior change plans, and monitoring treatment progress. Responsibilities Perform behavioral assessments and identify appropriate goals and intervention techniques. Develop and implement personalized behavior change plans for diverse clients. Regularly evaluate treatment effectiveness and progress. Maintain collaborative relationships with families, caregivers, and school staff. Provide supervision and training to Behavior Technicians. Qualifications & Skills Current BCaBA, LABA, or BCBA certification/license (or ability to apply). Passion for working with children with special needs and commitment to applied behavioral analysis. Strong communication and clinical documentation skills.
