Clinical Manager

Vickery Pediatrics is seeking a compassionate, high-energy, and detail-oriented Clinical Manager to join our clinical team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our young patients and their families, ensuring a smooth, supportive, and professional experience. You will work closely with our pediatricians to provide high-quality medical care in a fast-paced, family-centered environment. Key Responsibilities: PatientIntake: Room patients, obtain accurate vital signs (weight,height, head circumference, BP), and document the chief complaint in theElectronic Health Record (EHR). ClinicalSupport: Assist providers with physical exams, minor officeprocedures, and screenings (vision, hearing, etc.). Immunizations& Injections: Administer vaccines and medications accordingto CDC guidelines and office protocols, maintaining a calm environment forthe child. Triage& Communication: Handle phone triage, provide basic medicaladvice under provider supervision, and communicate lab results orfollow-up instructions to parents. LabWork: Perform point-of-care testing (strep, flu, RSV, glucose,urinalysis) and prepare specimens for outside labs. AdministrativeDuties: Ensure exam rooms are stocked and sanitized; assist withprior authorizations and medical record requests as needed. Qualifications & Skills: Licensure: Current,unrestricted LPN/RN license in the state of Georgia Certification: CurrentBLS/CPR certification required. Experience: Previousexperience in pediatrics or family medicine is highly preferred. Tech-Savvy: Proficiencywith EHR systems (e.g., eClinicalWorks) and basic office software.
