Accounts Payable Clerk , ESOP & 401(k)

JOB SUMMARY The Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for assisting with the company’s outgoing payments and ensuring that all financial obligations are met accurately and on time. This role involves processing invoices, verifying financial data, and maintaining organized records of transactions. KEY GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES Review, verify, and process vendor bills, ensuring accuracy in amounts, coding, and approvals Respond to Vendor questions and inquiries via Netsuite Cases Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies quickly and professionally. Maintain organized and up-to-date AP records in our accounting system Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to streamline bill and payment workflows. Process drop shipment bills and corresponding customer invoices Assist with month-end closing by providing accurate AP reports and accruals. QUALIFICATIONS 1–3 years of experience in accounts payable or related accounting role Proficiency with accounting software (NetSuite preferred) and Microsoft Excel Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy. Excellent communication skills for working with vendors and internal teams. A proactive, problem-solving mindset—able to spot and resolve issues before they escalate. WHY ZINK?
