$90,000 - $125,000

Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to understand their financial goals and provide tailored life insurance solutions.

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with policyholders, ensuring they feel valued and supported.

• Conduct in-depth needs analysis to recommend appropriate insurance products and services.

• Collaborate with team members to develop innovative strategies for client acquisition and retention.

• Stay informed about industry trends and product updates to offer the best advice to clients.

• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your sales skills and product knowledge.

• Utilize both virtual and in-person meetings to effectively communicate and connect with clients in Fargo, ND-MN and beyond.

• The expectation is that the SIE is taken and passed within 30 days.

Qualifications:

• Experience in sales or customer service, with a focus on building strong client relationships.

• Ability to understand and analyze clients' financial goals to offer tailored life insurance solutions.

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients in person and virtually.

• Familiarity with the insurance industry and a commitment to staying informed about product updates and trends.

• Ability to work collaboratively with team members to develop innovative client acquisition strategies.

• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for client management and communication, enhancing efficiency and reach.

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
