Case Manager Registered Nurse (RN)
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Case Manager Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This role requires a strong background in acute care and familiarity with Epic systems. The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating patient care and ensuring the highest quality of service.
Key Details
- Start Date: As soon as possible
- Shift Availability: Options for 4x10 or 5x8 day shifts; shift times may vary, including:
- 0700-1530
- 0730-1600
- 0800-1630
- 0830-1700
- 0700-1730
- 0730-1800
- Contract Length: Available for 13 or 26 weeks
- Years of Experience: Minimum of 1 year required
- Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend or 4 weekend days in a 4-week cycle
- Floating Requirement: Yes, clinicians may float within their scope to meet facility needs
- Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours per 2 weeks, with a possibility of being called off for 1 shift per 2 weeks
Qualifications
- Licensure: Must hold an active Alaska RN license
- Certifications Required: BLS; ACM certification preferred
- Required Skills: Epic experience, acute care experience
- Travel Considerations: Candidates permanent address must be at least 50 miles from the facility; local candidates will not be accepted
- Time Off Requests: Only 1 request of 5 days or fewer permitted per 13-week assignment; no holiday time off for auto offers
