In this role, you will provide comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages, from infants to seniors, ensuring continuity of care and a holistic approach to health and wellness. Responsibilities include diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions, performing preventive care, and collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct patient assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans.

Manage a wide range of acute and chronic illnesses across all age groups.

Provide preventive care, including routine check-ups, vaccinations, and health screenings.

Qualifications:

Medical degree (MD or DO) and board certification in Family Medicine.

Active medical license in Michigan.
