Role Responsibilities

Education Requirements

• MD or DO from a recognized medical institution.
• Completion of a Family Medicine residency program accredited by the relevant authorities.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine.
• Eligibility for (or current possession of) an active Michigan medical license.
• Preferred certifications in BLS and ACLS.
