Server/Bartender Position

15 Walnut is seeking an experienced and hospitality-driven Server/Bartender to join our team. This dual-role position is ideal for candidates who are equally comfortable providing exceptional table service and creating a welcoming bar experience. Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and professional table service to guests.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards.
• Maintain knowledge of food, beverage, wine, and cocktail menus.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Handle cash and process payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room and bar areas.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house team members to ensure seamless service.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of serving experience.
• Minimum 2 years of bartending experience.
• Strong knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and classic cocktails.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a busy restaurant environment.
• Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
