Experienced Prep Cook/Line Server
SAGE Dining Services is seeking an experienced Prep Cook/Line Server for a private day school in Danvers, MA. The position is in our Middle School. This position follows the school calendar. We are looking for someone with a great attitude, passion for their work, and a strong work ethic.
Typical Shift- Monday- Friday 6 am- 3pm

What You'll Do:
- Ensure that all food is appropriately displayed and visually appealing.
- Interact cheerfully with SAGE guests and Team Members and provide service with a smile.
- Prepare assigned menu items in strict accordance with SAGE recipes.
- Clean, restock, and replenish serving lines and stations to ensure our guests enjoy amazing dining experiences.
- Clean all work areas and customer service areas on an ongoing basis.
- Use proper food handling, storage, and sanitation techniques always (HACCP).
- Assist in training new culinary Team Members.
- Endure exposure to extreme temperatures; intense heat and freezing cold.
- Adapt to additional duties as assigned by management.
What You'll Need:
- Experience as a Prep Cook or Cook preferred, but not required.
- Ability to understand and execute recipes and instructions in detail.
- Ability to properly set up a buffet or serving station.
- Experience in customer service strongly preferred, but not required.
- Food safety certifications as required by jurisdiction.
