Sampson Regional Medical Center is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN to join our growing Sampson Women's Center in Clinton, North Carolina.

This is an opportunity to join an established, hospital-employed practice with an expanding women's health team that includes two Family Medicine physicians with obstetrics experience and a Family Nurse Practitioner , along with experienced clinical and administrative support.

With an established patient base, dedicated Labor & Delivery services, and strong hospital support, the incoming OB/GYN can step into a busy practice while also helping shape the continued growth of women's healthcare in our community.

• Growing women's health team: Work alongside 2 Family Medicine OB physicians and 1 FNP , with experienced clinical and administrative support.
• Established practice: Join a hospital-employed practice with an established patient base and strong community demand.
• Broad clinical mix: Approximately 80% obstetrics / 20% gynecology .
• Meaningful volume: Approximately 25–35 clinic patients per day and 27 deliveries per month , including approximately 11 C-sections .
• Dedicated obstetric services: Hospital-based Labor & Delivery unit with block OR time .
• Predictable schedule: 4.5-day workweek - Monday through Thursday, 8 AM–5 PM, and Friday, 8 AM–12 PM.
• Call: Approximately 7 days per month .
• Opportunity to grow: Play a role in the continued expansion of women's healthcare services at an independent community hospital.
• Teaching opportunities: Physicians interested in education may have opportunities to teach and mentor learners .
• Future surgical growth: Hospital leadership is investing in the continued growth of surgical services, including plans to expand robotic surgery capabilities .

GYN laparoscopic experience is required.
