You will work closely with educators, support staff, and families to address students’ motor, sensory, and adaptive skill needs.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active OT license to practice in the state
• Previous school-based occupational therapy experience is strongly preferred
• Understanding of IEP development and progress monitoring
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities with multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to organize and manage a full caseload efficiently
• Compassion, adaptability, and enthusiasm for working with school-age children

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students’ strengths and needs related to fine motor, gross motor, and functional skills
• Develop and implement individualized therapy interventions within the educational setting
• Contribute to the creation and progress evaluation of students’ IEPs
• Work alongside teachers, aides, and families to create strategies that enable student success and inclusion
• Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress in compliance with required guidelines
• Participate in team meetings and professional development initiatives as needed
