Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid SLP license for the state of Kansas
• Kansas State Department of Education (KSDE) license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) is highly preferred
• Experience working with pediatric populations and in school or healthcare environments
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide diagnostic and therapeutic speech, language, and communication services to elementary students (PreK-5th grade)
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
• Document student progress and communicate outcomes with teachers, support staff, and families
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support student needs and inclusion
• Participate in student evaluation, IEP meetings, and ongoing professional development
