Speech Language Pathologist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Master‘s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program
• Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
• Active Washington state SLP license required to start the assignment
• Oregon state license required or ability to obtain Oregon licensure while on assignment
• Minimum 12 months of Home Health SLP experience within the past 3 years (client requirement)
• Experience with HCHB EMR is preferred
• BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Home Health
• Shift Name: Days
• Shift Details: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 8-hour days
• Length of Contract: 13 weeks
• Territory: Walla Walla County with travel into lower Columbia County and up to 60 miles into Umatilla County; assigned to a geographic team with a manager and interdisciplinary team
• Licensure: Must hold WA license to begin; must have or obtain OR licensure during assignment
