Travel RN - Interventional Radiology - 13 Week Contract

Location: Thornton, CO

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 5 PM, plus on-call duties.

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Travel RN to join our Interventional Radiology team. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of one year of current acute care IR RN experience and will play an essential role in delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform various interventional radiology procedures including para/thoracentesis, LVO, FNA, midline/PICC line insertion, kyphoplasty, and pulmonary embolism thrombectomy.
• Provide patient care in a supportive and collaborative environment with a focus on critical care.
• Assist with conscious sedation protocols and maintain patient safety throughout procedures.
• Collaborate with imaging departments and team members to ensure successful outcomes for patients.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Minimum of 1-year current acute care IR RN experience.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification.
• Experience with Meditech EMR is preferred.
• Strong vascular access skills including PICC line or midline experience are desirable.
