Service Plumber

Job Description The Role You will diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems while helping customers make informed decisions about their home's maintenance and safety. Key Responsibilities: Accurately diagnose and repair a wide range of residential plumbing issues. Maintain professional communication with dispatch, management, and the parts department. Manage company vehicle inventory and ensure the workspace is kept clean and organized. Complete all service documentation and paperwork accurately and timely. Participate in a standard on-call rotation to support our client base. Qualifications Proven experience in residential plumbing service and repair. Strong technical problem-solving skills and a commitment to quality craftsmanship. Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Relevant industry certifications (Journeyman or Master Plumber license preferred) or a commitment to obtaining them with company support. Preferred: Experience with CRM systems like Housecall Pro, Jobber, or Service Titan.
