Laboratory Technician

What you´ll do

• Perform analytical testing on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods using established methods and timelines.
• Analyze data to identify off-quality situations, make decisions (release, reject, retest), and escalate or investigate issues while ensuring accuracy and reliability of results.
• Maintain accurate laboratory records, enter and monitor data in SAP, manage retain samples, and ensure timely hold/release of materials to prevent nonconforming product distribution.
• Prioritize lab activities to meet business needs, support production, contribute to plant initiatives, and assist with training and shift handoffs.
• Adhere to GMP, safety policies, and training requirements; maintain lab cleanliness and hygiene; and communicate effectively to support safe, compliant, and efficient operations.

• B Shift (5:45PM to 6:00AM) 2 2 3 schedule.

The hourly pay range for this role is $22.00 and $26.00. This range reflects the good‑faith minimum and maximum hourly rate the Company reasonably expects to offer for this position at the time of posting.  This role is classified as non‑exempt, and employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. In addition to the hourly wage, employees in this position may be eligible for shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, or other forms of compensation, depending on role and location. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, training, certifications, and work location.
