Responsibilities
- Provide direct clinical care to assigned patients on IMCU/PCU/Stepdown per shift, including assessment, planning, and implementation of care.
- Supervise staff to whom care is delegated and contribute to unit-level care delivery and resource management.
- Monitor patient status, implement care plans, document outcomes, and communicate changes to the charge nurse or unit leadership.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, safe nursing care and to support ongoing competency and safety initiatives.
- Maintain clinical proficiency and compliance with infection control and facility policies; participate in performance improvement activities as needed.

Requirements
- Experience in IMCU/PCU/Stepdown or similar step-down settings is preferred.
- Ability to work the night shift schedule (1900–0730) on a 3x12-hour basis.
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and patient-care documentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise and coordinate care for patients and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
- Willingness to complete onboarding procedures, including traveler badge issuance as required by the facility HR department.
