Program Coordinator

Program Coordinator for Partnerships and Implementation We are seeking a Program Coordinator for Partnerships and Implementation to lead the coordination and operational implementation of personalized professional learning systems. This role strengthens partnerships, manages cross‑initiative workflows, and ensures high‑quality, scalable execution of micro‑credential systems across mCrED and Profile2Work SC. The coordinator serves as a key connector among partners, assessors, and internal teams to support program growth, consistency, and impact. Responsibilities Serve as the primary liaison for partners, leading onboarding, engagement, communication, implementation planning, and assessment coordination to ensure quality and consistency, and integrate micro‑credentials across coursework, professional learning, and work‑based learning environments. Support partnerships that connect education and workforce stakeholders to strengthen career‑connected learning opportunities, integrate student‑facing micro‑credentials with CTE pathways and work‑based experiences, and align to establish competency frameworks such as the Profile of the SC Graduate. Identify and support opportunities for partnership expansion, funding, and alignment to contribute to scaling efforts across new and existing sites. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2+ years of related experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of certification, training, education, and/or experience. Experience working with CTE programs, workforce development initiatives, or career‑connected learning models. Familiarity with micro‑credential platforms, digital portfolios, or competency‑based assessment systems. Experience developing partnerships with K‑12, higher education, or industry partners and knowledge of South Carolina education systems, the Profile of the SC Graduate, or statewide workforce initiatives. Skills & Abilities Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Ability to design, refine, and improve operational processes to support scalability and consistency. Skilled in relationship‑building and maintaining partnerships across diverse stakeholders. Ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable improvements. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including clear, professional correspondence. Ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment. Comfort navigating ambiguity and supporting evolving systems and initiatives.
