Here, you are part of a company that rewards your contributions and encourages you to take ownership of your career.**Job Description**We are looking for a Fabrication Manager who will lead our fabricated insulation product team and ensure production team delivers maximum quality in a profitable manner. Your duties will include monitoring employees٫ organizing workflows and analyzing the efficiency of manufacturing processes.Fabrication Manager will accomplish manufacturing goals and objectives by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and employee accountability; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.**Responsibilities are:*** Provide leadership and supervisory oversight of 75+ fabrication employees* Establish daily٫ weekly and monthly objectives and communicate them to employees* Manage the workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules* Oversee safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance* Perform verification of production output according to specifications* Prepare reports on performance and progress and present them to fabrication management* Detect issues in efficiency and suggest improvements* Consult new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures* Ensure strict adherence to safety guidelines and company standards* Ensure inventory practices are in line with company policies and procedures while maintaining financial control and count accuracy**Requirements are:*** 5+ years' experience of working on as a Manager or other similar position in manufacturing environment* Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools* Good practical experience with MS Office* Strong organizational and leadership skills٫ together with a results-driven approach* Experience with Financial P&L responsibility* Strong communication and interpersonal skills* Self-motivated and an efficient problem solver* High School Diploma; advanced education desired, but not required* Bilingual in English and Spanish is desired, but not required**Compensation Range**$50,000.00 - $100,000.00*The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.*TopBuild Corp.
