Cash Applications Specialist $22hr


Bossier company looking for a temporary detail oriented employee for 6 months paying $22hr

  • Access bank account to download daily payments for lockboxes, ACHs, wires
  • Process payment portal transactions received via the payment portal using multiple Excel spreadsheets simultaneously.
  • Post lockbox checks, ACHs, and wires to customer accounts per remit
  • Post payment portal credit card and ACH payments to customer accounts per remit
  • Post manual credit card payments processed by the Credit Department
  • Process remote deposit of local checks and post payments
  • Work closely with Credit team to determine proper posting of customer check/ACH/wire payments
  • Track posted customer payments on daily tracking spreadsheet on a timely basis
  • Locate/research customer payment documentation for external audit
  • Assist Accounts Payable team in processing customer refunds
