Fire/Life Safety Systems Solutions Operations Supervisor Position Location: Norcross, GA Job ID: 510891 Posting Date: 18-Junio-2026 Company: Smart Infrastructure Job Level: Mid‑level Professional The Fire/Life Safety Systems Solutions Operations Supervisor leads a team responsible for performing installations and commissioning of fire/life safety or security systems, providing technical expertise, leadership, and accountability for all installed projects and technical support programs. Responsibilities Supervise, train, and mentor the System Specialist team; set goals, monitor performance, conduct employee review meetings, schedule formal training, and guide the team on planning and managing construction projects through completion. Schedule and assign installation and commissioning tasks, ensuring project schedules are maintained and projects proceed according to plans, job specifications, and cost estimates. Maintain and improve planned and booked margins for technical support programs. Direct and supervise the development and use of project plans to monitor and control work execution; review customer feedback and ensure customer retention and account growth objectives are achieved. Maintain relationships between sales, engineering, and execution teams to manage changes and discrepancies, minimizing cost and delay during estimating and execution phases; serve as a local leader and customer representative for the operations team. Support project profitability through cost‑containment procedures and processes, traveling between branch locations as needed. Maintain excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Basic Qualifications High school diploma or state‑recognized GED. 1+ years of experience supervising industry‑specific technical trades teams. 5+ years of experience in engineering or project management. On‑the‑job or educational experience with commercial building fire/life safety systems, including design, startup, programming, integration, documentation, and commissioning. Experience managing project delivery teams. Ability and willingness to train, mentor, schedule, and supervise employees responsible for commercial building fire/life safety or security systems startup. Verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability and willingness to travel 15% of the time. Experience with Microsoft Office and cloud‑based collaboration software such as Teams or OneDrive. Must be 21 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license with limited violations; must meet eligibility requirements to participate in Siemens’ fleet vehicle program. Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship. Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of experience supervising industry‑specific technical trades teams. 5+ years of experience in engineering or project management. Pay Range: $68,830 – $117,994 annually with a target incentive of 5% of the base salary.
