Account Executive Key Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect mid-sized consumer brands ready to invest in digital marketing
• Engage decision-makers (Marketing Managers, Brand Managers, CMOs, Founders) via LinkedIn, email outreach, and networking
• Conduct discovery calls to understand client goals, challenges, and budgets
• Present tailored digital advertising and social media solutions
• Manage the full sales cycle from cold outreach to contract signing
• Track pipeline activity using CRM tools and report on progress regularly
• Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities in the Los Angeles area

Account Executive Requirements

Must Have:

• 13 years of B2B sales experience (digital advertising, social media marketing, or media sales preferred)
• Proven ability to prospect independently (no reliance on inbound leads)
• Comfortable using LinkedIn for outreach and lead generation
• Understanding of at least one major ad platform (TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, or Google Ads)
• Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently

Nice to Have:

• Existing network with marketing decision-makers at consumer brands
• Experience selling full-service marketing or retainer-based solutions
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce

Compensation & Benefits

• Base: $30-$40/hour during ramp (with performance-based increases after 90 days)
