This is a position that works ideally 8:30a -5:30p, Monday – Friday. The pay is $14.75 - 15.50 per hour depending on experience and qualifications with incentive pay. The Teacher in this role should be high energy and able to work well with staff, students, and parents. You’ll have the opportunity to be a leader in the classroom, champion a team environment, and provide fun-filled learning opportunities while making a positive impact on the lives of children. What You’ll Do: Coordinate and implement educational curriculum for children ages 2 years by developing classroom activities based on developmentally appropriate practices and early learning standards. Lead by example and encourage success through modeling and coaching. Plan individual and group age-appropriate activities to engage children and encourage social, cognitive, and emotional growth. Maintain a personal and professional development plan to ensure continuous quality improvement. Follow all facility policies and state regulations. What We Need from You: High school Diploma and/or degree in related field of study required. FL DCF 45 hours Required with a CDA preferably. Must clear a full DCF background check. At least 1 year of professional early childhood training/experience.
