This full‑time position is scheduled Monday– Friday 8a-5p. The pay is $18 per hour depending on experience and qualifications. You’ll have the chance to build a dynamic classroom environment, create fun‑filled learning activities, and support children’s growth and success in all age groups throughout the center. The Preschool Floater Teacher should have high energy and work well with staff, students, and parents. What You’ll Do: Coordinate and implement educational curriculum by developing classroom activities based on developmentally appropriate practices and early learning standards Lead by example and encourage teaching team success through modeling and coaching Plan individual and group‑appropriate activities to engage children and encourage social, cognitive, and emotional growth Follow all program policies and state regulations Maintain a personal professional development plan to ensure continuous quality improvement Plan individual and group age‑appropriate exercises to actively engage children and encourage social, cognitive, and emotional growth Coordinate and implement educational curriculum by creating classroom activities based on developmentally appropriate practices and early learning standards What We Need from You: High School Diploma or GED required FL DCF 45‑hour training required FL DCF Transcript – Please send transcript to View email address on click.appcast.io.
