The firm is actively expanding into new markets including Denver, Nashville, Atlanta, and Phoenix, having acquired approximately $100 million of assets in the last 18 months and anticipating tripling in size over the next 24 months.The Austin role focuses on retail credit with a firm that focuses on NNN deals including build-to-suit loans and ground lease loans, recently launching a new stabilized bridge product.
