Technical Service Advisor – Commercial HVAC Direct Hire | Privately Held HVAC Manufacturer’s Representative | St. Louis Area A well‑established, privately held HVAC manufacturer’s representative in the St. Louis area is seeking a Technical Service Advisor to support commercial HVAC applied products across the region. What You’ll Do Provide technical support and troubleshooting for commercial HVAC equipment and applied systems Assist customers and internal teams with equipment selection and application support Lead product training sessions covering equipment operation, installation, startup, and troubleshooting Support field service activities, including jobsite visits and corrective action recommendations Maintain proficiency with related HVAC controls and equipment technologies Partner with engineering, inside sales, and service teams to ensure smooth project execution Assist with warranty support and technical documentation Stay current on product updates, service bulletins, and manufacturer certifications Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and cross‑functional support efforts What We’re Looking For Strong commercial HVAC experience is required Extensive knowledge of HVAC equipment operation, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair Experience interpreting construction specifications, technical manuals, and equipment documentation Ability to diagnose equipment failures and identify replacement components Comfortable interacting directly with contractors, engineers, and end users Strong communication and presentation skills OSHA safety training or related field safety experience preferred Ability and willingness to travel throughout the region as needed Why This Opportunity?
