US subsidiary of NH Investment & Securities – 2nd largest securities firm in Korea About the Role NH Investment & Securities America is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented professional to join our Global Equities Trading (GET) Desk in New York. The GET Desk manages a range of integrated functions across U.S. equity markets, and this role will contribute across those areas in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Responsibilities Support the Global Equity Trading desk’s day-to-day trading operations and client-related workflows Assist in processing and managing trade-related requests across the trade lifecycle Efficiently handle both incoming and outgoing calls to provide customers with prompt assistance Provide excellent client service and handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional way Effectively communicating with clearing firms, custodian banks and Head office to mitigate regulatory risk Assist in maintaining compliance with applicable regulations and firm policies, including trade monitoring Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation with a high degree of accuracy Collaborate with cross-functional teams on business initiatives and projects Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market products, and relevant regulatory developments Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of financial markets, trade lifecycle, and settlement practices Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Korean to effectively communicate with all levels of counterparties Previous experiences in client-facing roles are highly desirable Must maintain the confidentiality of all information received and distributed Self-motivated individual that is detail oriented and can accurately complete work within required time frames under minimum supervision Must possess the ability to gather and analyze information skillfully and document those findings in a clear and concise report Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects in a time-sensitive environment Outstanding Excel skills in a fast-paced work environment Desire to learn more in-depth about financial markets and the sales & trading field Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferably in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field FINRA Series 7 and 63 registered, or must be obtained within 180 days of employment Bilingual – fluent in both English and Korean (required) Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. Featured Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance 401(k) Employment Type: Full time *Transition from internship to full-time employment occurs after completing the required certification exam and evaluation. **Please note that the job title, duties, and responsibilities described may be subject to change based on the Company’s needs and business discretion.
