Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship. Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field or equivalent experience in a specialized field. - 4+ years of experience with a bachelor’s degree, 3+ years of experience with a master's degree, or no experience required with a PhD. Relevant experience can be: Focus on driving operational improvements. Managing performance and building effective teams in a manufacturing or engineering environment. Preferred Qualifications: -4+ years of experience in any of the following: Lean manufacturing principles and techniques. Developing the capabilities of diverse teams and fostering an inclusive, innovative culture. Track record of handling complex manufacturing challenges and delivering on key operational indicators. Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $103,730.00-198,820.00 USD The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
