Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN)

Join a dedicated team providing high-quality care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse to deliver exceptional patient care in an emergency department setting.

Position Overview

Role: Registered Nurse (RN)
Specialty: Emergency Room
Number of Openings: 1
Shift: Mids
Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
Weekend Requirements: Flexible coverage preferred, with at least 3 weekends a month.
Call Requirements: None

Unit Information

Number of Beds: 25
Patient Ratios: 1:5
Equipment: Tele-med cart, Baxter IV, Omnicelle
EHR: Meditech

Qualifications

Years of Experience: 2+ years in an emergency department setting
Required Certifications: ACLS, PALS, NRP (preferred), TNCC (preferred)
Float Requirements: May be required to float to ICU, CCU, or Medical-Surgical units

Must Have Skills/Experience

Trauma experience
Cardiac care knowledge
Orthopedic care experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

Triage knowledge

Common Diagnoses/Treatments

Cardiac issues
Respiratory conditions
Orthopedic injuries

Personality Fit

Family-oriented and team-focused approach to patient care

Dress Code

Scrub Color: Navy or Black, with only hospital t-shirts allowed
Unacceptable Attire: Other hospital logos
