Try new things, learn new skills and discover what you excel at—all from Day One.## **Job Description**Manages individual and/or trust account assets and investment relationships consistent with the established investment objectives and strategies of the company and/or the client. Strong focus on managing client account retention to meet Net Portfolio growth objectives of the company. Shared responsibility for soliciting, developing, managing, and retaining client relationships for Private Wealth Management (PWM).**Basic Qualifications** - Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience - 10 or more years of investment experience **Preferred Skills/Experience** - Thorough understanding of investment management - Strong knowledge of finance, economics and general business - Effective sales and relationship management/client services skills - Ability to effectively present investment strategies to clients - Ability to make critical decisions independently - Excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills**Location**The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.If there’s anything we can do to accommodate a disability during any portion of the application or hiring process, please refer to our disability accommodations for applicants.**Benefits:**Our approach to benefits and total rewards considers our team members’ whole selves and what may be needed to thrive in and outside work. Pay Range: $118,170.00 - 144,430.00U.S. Bank will consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records for employment.
