About Our Agency:

I opened my agency in 2020 and currently have a team of six talented professionals who bring energy and passion to everything we do. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent several years in financial services, where I served as a Director of Operations — an experience that taught me the importance of strong leadership, efficiency, and delivering outstanding service. Outside of work, I'm a proud supporter of my local high school (and alma mater) and actively contribute to our community, including involvement with a local women's shelter. When I'm not in the office, you'll likely find me out on my motorcycle, boating, or cheering for the Chicago Bears. Role Description:

As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jason Barnes - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. Responsibilities:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

This is a remote position. Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year. My team's mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams. We are located in South Holland, IL and help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including:
