A leading Entertainment company is hiring a contract Architectural CAD Technician to join their corporate space planning team. This Hybrid (3-4 days/week in office) role is based in Los Gatos, in the San Francisco Bay Area. This opportunity suits professionals with strong CAD skills and an interior architecture background. Responsibilities Create quick and precise test fits and space plans for office environments. Ensure plans adhere to building codes, accessibility standards, and safety considerations during conceptual design. Use AutoCAD to develop accurate floorplans following industry standards. Review and organize CAD drawings to meet company layering standards. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design 5-10 years of project experience in a Corporate Real Estate setting. Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory), Serraview (preferred) Exceptional attention to detail and drafting accuracy.
