This position is responsible for representing services to DWS account teams (business processes, business systems, people/teams, tools and automation) and help drive growth. The position will work closely with the operational teams in support of VDI, Citrix, Desktop Engineering, Mobility, Automation SMEs and Finance.Role Responsibilities- Pre-sales information gathering and design estimation- Configuration Manager system design- Server installation and configuration- Monitoring and ongoing server maintenance- System and procedure documentation- New software testing and certification- Training of support staff- Provide consultative advice to help guide customer decisions relative to configuration management- Find ways to improve internal processes- Provide a “shift left” approach to our servicesRequirements (8+ Years of Overall Expereince)- 5+ Years of experience in Installing and configuring Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager- 5+ Years of experience Installing and configuring Windows Server operating systems- 5+ Years of experience Installing and configuring Microsoft SQL Server and other required prerequisites- Assessing health of Configuration Manager system and supported devices- Intermediate knowledge of Active Directory and Network troubleshooting- Expert knowledge of the Windows Operating System including a solid understanding of the registry and WMI- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a large organization- Experience with InTune/Azure- Knowledge of Microsoft Branch Servicing model- Understanding of Autopilot and Light- and Zero-touch imagingPreferences- ITIL v3 Foundation- Experience with third-party add-ons from 1E, Flexera, Secunia, etc.This position is only available to those interested in direct staff employment opportunities with NTT DATA, Inc. or its subsidiaries.
