Licensure: Active State License required

Experience: Previous experience as a PTA in a Long-Term Care setting preferred

Hourly Pay: $38.86/hr

What You'll Do

• Provide skilled, evidence-based rehabilitative treatment to patients with physical functioning disorders under supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Administer procedures such as manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and supportive device use
• Assess and document patient progress; communicate results to supervising PT for treatment plan adjustments
• Educate and counsel patients, families, caregivers, and team members regarding treatment and recovery goals
• Support the discharge process by preparing documentation and collaborating with healthcare team
• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical records and documentation in electronic systems
• Participate in patient care conferences, reviews, and facility trainings as required

What You Need

• Valid State Licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant
• Previous experience in Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing facilities preferred
• Strong communication and documentation skills

• Experience working with elderly or disabled populations in LTC settings
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
