Department Manager

Responsibilities Lead shifts weekly, ensuring a fast, accurate, friendly customer experience. Manage assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management. Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up and report results. For Guest Service Department Manager: Ensure Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience, execute sales promotions, train service staff, and organize Front Counter McCafé and Drive‑Thru areas for optimal service. For Kitchen Department Manager: Deliver high‑quality, safe food quickly, control food cost, and train kitchen staff in production procedures. For People Department Manager: Hire qualified crew, train, schedule to meet sales and profit goals, and boost motivation and recognition. Qualifications Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally in restaurant, retail, or hospitality. Positive team player with flexible schedule and passion for the fast‑paced environment. Must be 18 years or older.
