Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide to join our team at Cedar Point Care & Rehabilitation in Clyde, OH. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional culinary services to our residents. Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing and serving meals to residents, ensuring timely and efficient service
Maintain a clean and safe food environment, adhering to all food safety guidelines and regulations
Restock inventory, manage supplies, and participate in meal preparation as needed
Support the dietary team in daily operations, including cleaning, sanitizing, and organization
Collaborate with caregivers and nutritionists to provide personalized dietary needs and preferences for residents
Participate in meal planning, ordering, and receiving food deliveries as required
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of food inventory, usage, and waste
About the Role:
As a Dietary Aide at Cedar Point Care & Rehabilitation, you will work closely with our culinary team to provide exceptional dining experiences for our residents. Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will make you an asset to our team.
Requirements:
1 years of experience (entry-level position)
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
