Job Overview:

Pay Range: $47.81hr - $52.81hr

Requirement/Must Have:

• HSD/GED at minimum.
• Experience in operations support, project coordination, or administrative support within a technical or field environment.
• Experience with Excel for tracking, data management, and reporting.
• Ability to work across multiple systems and tools such as Smartsheet and Salesforce.
• Experience managing purchase orders and financial tracking including invoicing, budgeting, and cost tracking.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including engineering and operations.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Engineering and Operations teams, attending daily meetings to help define and document scopes.
• Review inspection reports and analyze damage photos to build detailed Scope of Work (SOW) documentation.
• Utilize tools like Smartsheet and internal service request systems for documentation.
• Support the full purchase order lifecycle, including submitting PO requests and tracking approvals.
• Manage scope changes and ensure timely closure after invoice processing.
• Review vendor invoices within a 14-day SLA.
• Partner with project managers and suppliers to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain an accurate, up-to-date financial tracking sheet.
• Provide ad-hoc operational support such as data clean-up efforts and building custom reports.
• Assist with investigation-related tasks across multiple platforms including Smartsheet, Salesforce, and Excel.

Nice to Have:

• Experience supporting wind, energy, construction, or field service operations.
• Exposure to Scope of Work (SOW) creation or technical documentation.
