Dedicated Regional Class A Job – 100% Touch Freight – Home Weekly

We are looking for Class A CDL drivers to handle a dedicated regional route out of Front Royal, VA. This is a great opportunity if you're looking for dependable runs, consistent weekly checks, and a guaranteed weekend reset.

The Pay & Bonuses

• Weekly Earnings: Average around $1,300+ every week, with top-tier runners bringing in $2,000+.
• Yearly Average: Around $89,000/year.
• All-In Average Pay: $1.30 per mile (includes CPM + extra pay for stops/unloading).
• Experience-Based CPM: $0.73 to $0.76 CPM depending on experience.
• Extra Cash: $265 for every full trailer you unload | $125 weekly bonus for finishing 3+ loads | $35 per backhaul.
• $2,500 Sign-On Bonus: Paid out as $250 on your first load, $250 at 30, 60, 120, and 150 days, $500 at 90 days, and $750 at 180 days.

Route, Miles & Schedule

• The Route: Regional runs through VA, NC, DC, PA, NH, OH, and WV (all within 700 miles of the Front Royal distribution center).
• Weekly Work: Average of 1,100 miles per week, running at least 3 loads a week (1 to 6 stops per trailer).
• Home Time: Home every week for a full 34-hour reset.
• The Freight: 100% touch freight. You will handle manual, box-by-box unloads using roller ramps at local retail stores.
• The Shift: Schedule includes a mix of days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Paid Training: 1-week paid ride-along with an experienced driver at $150/day.

What You Need to Apply

• Valid Class A CDL.
• At least 3 months of solo tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years.
• Physical stamina for manual unloads, plus a patient and customer-focused attitude.
• Clean MVR and background check (strictly not SAP friendly).
• Parking Rule: Must have secure parking for the truck and trailer during home-time (either on personal property or a gated yard with cameras/guards). No parking at unsecure public retail lots.
• A doubles endorsement is preferred, but not required.
• Please bring 2 weeks of personal supplies with you to orientation.
