Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Overview Rula Health, a division of Rula Technologies, is seeking a compassionate and licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will provide high-quality, client-centered mental health care while leveraging technology to improve access, continuity, and outcomes. You will work with a diverse population of adults, adolescents, and families, offering a mix of in-person and telehealth services designed to support clients across a broad range of emotional, behavioral, and psychological needs. Responsibilities As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Rula Health, you will conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments, formulate diagnoses, and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans. You will provide individual, group, and family therapy using modalities such as CBT, DBT, trauma-informed approaches, and other empirically supported interventions. You will track client progress over time, revise treatment plans based on measurable goals, and collaborate closely with psychiatrists, primary care providers, case managers, and other members of the care team to ensure holistic and coordinated care. You will maintain accurate, timely documentation within our electronic health record, adhering to clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards. You will perform ongoing risk assessments, manage crises, and create safety plans when needed, escalating care appropriately. By using secure telehealth platforms in addition to on‑site sessions, you will help extend mental health support to clients who might otherwise face barriers to care.
