* Assist students with transitions, organization, and daily classroom routines
* Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and administrators to support student progress
* Maintain professionalism and confidentiality regarding student information

Minimum Qualifications
Candidates must meet one of the following requirements:

* Associate’s Degree or higher; OR
* Completion of 48 or more college units and a High School Diploma; OR
* Passing score on the CBEST and a High School Diploma; OR
* Passing score on the Instructional Aide Examination and a High School Diploma

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience working with students with disabilities or special needs
* Experience in a school or educational setting
* Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work effectively with students from diverse backgrounds

Compensation and Benefits
