Technical Recruiting Specialist

Responsibilities Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and leadership to understand the requirements of open positions and build accurate candidate profiles. Assist in the development and execution of advanced staffing and sourcing strategies; source and recruit professional level candidates for both funded and proposal requisitions and build quality pipelines of passive and active talent to support corporate and all federal civilian, health and defense market Segments. Build sourcing strategies, specifically targeted to passive candidates. Assist with evaluation, selection, and implementation of new sourcing tools and procedures. Manage sourcing projects from conception to completion, ensuring that all priorities and goals are achieved. Perform a variety of professional and administrative recruiting functions in support of identifying, interviewing, evaluating, and selecting qualified candidates to effectively meet the organization\'s staffing requirements. Identify candidates from numerous sources, efficiently use our applicant tracking system, write advertisements, screen, and qualify candidates, and perform reference checks. Actively track recruiting activities and other metrics to ensure compliance with relevant hiring regulations and laws, including OFCCP. Minimum Requirements Bachelor\'s Degree 3+ years of experience Job-Specific Minimum Requirements Bachelor\'s degree. Additional years of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of degree. Must have 3+ years full lifecycle recruiting experience to include identifying, interviewing, evaluating, and selecting qualified candidates. Experience building sourcing strategies. Experience writing job descriptions and/or advertisements. Hands-on experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle.
