Overview Server at Margaritas – the #1 Mexican Restaurant Company in the U.S. You will guide guests through menus, help celebrate events, and ensure a seamless dining experience. You should have a thorough understanding of menu items to offer personalized suggestions and pairings, take orders accurately, deliver hot food promptly, clear tables, and manage transactions. Our servers take pride in providing excellent Mexican food and having fun at the same time. Responsibilities Guide guests through menus and offer personalized suggestions and pairings. Take orders accurately and ensure timely delivery of hot food. Clear tables and manage transactions. Provide an excellent guest experience and support the restaurant team during peak times. Qualifications Must be of legal age to serve alcohol based on state requirements. Desire to help at our busiest times, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays. Perform physical demands: Lift and carry up to 30 pounds, remain on your feet for several hours, work under pressure, bend, reach, and stoop.
