Litigation Paralegal

Litigation Paralegal | Trust & Estates Litigation Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year Responsibilities Provide litigation support to a team of 2-3 attorneys across all stages of case management Draft and prepare legal documents, correspondence, pleadings, and discovery materials Manage case files, deadlines, and calendaring Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, and courts Assist with trial preparation including exhibits, binders, and witness coordination Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorney review Qualifications 2+ years of litigation paralegal experience Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication Prior trust and estates litigation experience is a plus but not required Paralegal certificate or related degree preferred Benefits Full medical benefits.
