Litigation Paralegal

Position Overview In this role, you will work closely with attorneys and provide support throughout all stages of litigation. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment. Key Responsibilities Provide litigation support to attorneys through all stages of a matter Assist with research, data entry, scheduling, and general case management Manage calendars and deadlines in accordance with court rules and procedures Prepare and file documents in both state and federal courts Organize and maintain case files and document databases Prepare, review, finalize, and compile pleadings and discovery materials Draft, proofread, and format routine correspondence and litigation documents Ensure filings and documents comply with applicable federal, California, administrative, and arbitration rules Create trial and witness notebooks and organize exhibits Coordinate witness schedules, maintain trial calendars, and assist with trial setup Travel for trial as needed Provide additional litigation support and administrative assistance as needed Qualifications We are looking for someone who is professional, dependable, and committed to delivering high-quality work in a team-oriented environment.
